Evoke produced a Healthy Streets Transport Assessment, Travel Plan and Delivery and Servicing Management Plan for the proposed redevelopment of 43 Brook Green, Hammersmith to provide a total of 15,548 Gross Floor Area (GFA) of new office B1 Use, in addition to 753sqm GFA of flexible Use Class E at ground floor and seventh floor space.
Evoke provided advice and design input on the proposed redevelopment of the 46 space basement car park to provide a car free scheme with high quality cycle parking equipped with electric bike charging facilities, lockers, showering and changing facilities and a bike maintenance stations. The site received planning permission in May 2022.
