Evoke produced a Healthy Streets Transport Assessment and Construction Traffic Management Plan to support a planning application for the demolition of the former Cyphers Bowls Club and the construction of a 150 pupil day nursey together with 18 residential units.
Evoke liaised with Bromley highways officers as well as the Greater London Authority, due to the site being partially Metropolitan Open Lane (MOL), to appease concerns with regard to pupil drop of and pick up arrangements and the agree a parking strategy that suited all parties.
