Penton Hook Marina
Evoke were appointed by MDL Marinas to support a planning application for the change of use of 67 leisure mooring to create 67 residential moorings with assoicated infrastructure, including new cycle store, access gate and external lighting.
To support the application, Evoke produced a Transport Statement and Travel Plan outlining the impact of converting the moorings. Surrey Highways had no objections to the application.
