Evoke were appointed by Octagon to support the residential development of 24 dwellings. We liaised with Hertfordshire Highways on the proposed mitigation in the form of a chicane, provision of a new footway and extension of the 30mph along Common Lane.
The proposals involve reduced parking provision, which was agreed with Hertfordshire.
